Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups water or milk
2 Tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Fresh fruit for topping
Instructions:
- Bring water or milk to a boil in a small pot.
- Stir in oats and salt. Cook 3 – 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup and cinnamon
- Pour into a bowl, add your favorite topping, and drizzle with a little extra maple!

Try topping with sliced bananas and a sprinkle of maple sugar!
