Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

1. Whisk all three ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.
2. Brush over chicken, pork, salmon or roasted vegetables the last 10 – 15 minutes of roasting so it caramelizes without burning.
